Across four continents, Catholic hospitals and clinics are waiting. Their doors are open, their patients are many, and their need for skilled, faith-driven healthcare professionals is urgent and real.

Mission Doctors Association partners with Catholic healthcare facilities in Africa, Latin America, and beyond — communities where a single physician, surgeon, or nurse practitioner can quite literally transform the standard of care available to thousands of people. These are not abstract needs. They are specific, they are pressing, and they are waiting to be matched with someone exactly like you.

Below you will find the current needs expressed by our partner hospitals and clinics. Each facility has shared the specialties that would most benefit their patients and community right now. But please read this list as an invitation, not a limitation.

If your specialty is not listed, that does not mean you are not needed. Every facility’s needs evolve, and sub-specialty arrangements can always be explored. We encourage you to reach out regardless of what you see here — a conversation costs nothing, and the right match can change everything.
